Aliza Green, is a registered Occupational Therapist and Executive Function/ADHD, Academic, and parenting coach. Aliza received her Bachelors of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Toronto and brings her 25 years of experience of working in various school systems to her coaching practice.

She completed her student and ADHD coaching training with JST Coaching and Training and Academic Coaching with Gretchen Wegner. Aliza completed ADHD Parent Coach Academy with PTS coaching. She has also attended multiple courses and trainings in supporting clients with anxiety, ADHD and self-regulation and executive function challenges.

Approach

Using a strength-based and client-centred approach, Aliza helps each client craft attainable goals and work towards them. Through reflection and action plans, each client starts where they are and builds upon their strengths and current skills. Aliza empowers her clients by helping them build new habits and systems and sticking with them. Aliza is fascinated by neuroscience, neuroplasticity and how the brain learns and retains information and how we can leverage our strengths. Research and evidence guides her practice and she is eager to pass on her knowledge to her clients.
